Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst Ref: AM089 Location: Newcastle Salary: £38,000 - £43,000 (DOE) This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established environmental consultancy delivering high-quality asbestos services across the North East. They are looking to appoint a Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support ongoing contracts in Newcastle and surrounding areas. Benefits for the role of Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst include: * Competitive salary (£38,000 - £43,000 DOE) * Company vehicle and fuel card * Overtime opportunities available * 22 days annual leave + bank holidays * Ongoing training and professional development * Supportive and structured team environment Duties for the role of Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst include: * Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys in line with HSG264 * Undertake air monitoring, 4-stage clearances, and personal monitoring * Work across commercial, industrial, and domestic sites * Produce accurate and compliant survey and analytical reports * Ensure all work complies with UKAS and HSE guidance * Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams Skills and experience for the role of Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst: * BOHS P402, P403, and P404 qualifications * Proven experience in a dual role within a UKAS accredited consultancy * Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance * Good IT and report writing skills * Excellent attention to detail * Strong communication and organisational skills * Full UK driving licence If this role interests you or if you are interested in hearing about other asbestos opportunities, please contact Aidan Morgan on (phone number removed) or email .
